Yesterday i bought a Draught of Midnight (Order Number: 001-007004-43933866) and, after i died 15 minutes later, the effect passed!! It is working as intended? It's not a 1 hour effect regardless of death?

Gallandha Main:Selano; Alts: Phaenre; Bonno; Khazad; Montolio * Thelanis Main: Syrrion; Alts: Kaled; Aylon * Khyber Main: Toylan; * Argonessen Main: Steelcaster; Alt: Syrrion * Sarlona Main: Bonno. and many others on all these servers.
On a separate note, I bought one, activated in the dragon instance.
It was bugged and never did return any motes, even after I exit the dragon instance. Never bothered to report since I will probably end up with more stress than 25tp is worth.
XOXO

For something you potentially have to pay REAL MONEY for (or have to spend a couple of hours grinding motes in the graveyard), that's a complete con.
It's not like an Airship Buff where you can just pay some Platinum and have it re-cast on you.
these potions are a total money grab, even when they work we're talking 20-60 motes. Unless you're a caster... Casters seem to get some return from these.
The only thing worse than TP's for these rip offs, is the 500 mote turn in potion LOL talk about suckering n00bs into wasting their grinding time... If the 500 mote turn in draught was a 100 stack it would still be a bad deal!
Let me suggest you watch your actual mote stack not just look for the message. I noticed that I got motes for just about every kill and most did not put up a message with the draught running. This meant my monk got almost 1000 motes from just the draught in an hour.
Yeah don't die it says it goes away with death....do people not read what they are buying? Yes I know they don't...then come and post complaints because they refuse to read.
Anyways....they see to be the best deal going to increase motes.
You only get a message if it goes into an ingredient bag. If it goes into an inventory slot, it's silent.
As for droprate, my experience on my Bard with them last night matches LupasVai's. From my limited testing, you get about 1d9-1 motes per kill in the Graveyard, about half that in quests. So, if you're good at getting kills, the draught is worth it, even if you pay motes for it.
BTW I think the differences in opinion is because it only works on undead with significant CR, either that or it scales somehow. My level 8 guy tried it out, and got 0, zilch, nada drops in the graveyard (skellies and ghouls), and only about 1 in 5 drops in Delera's. Net loss: 400 motes, but I had to try it out because I heard so many good things about it.
You probably get guaranteed drops on mummies and such, which explains why people are getting 1000 motes / hour, when I'm getting more like 100 m/h.
