The community knows that the percentage of the chance of applying magical Two Handed Weapon special effects for each tier of Frenzied Berserker is 2%. (U7 release notes.) I think the community would like to know the chance of applying magical Two Handed Weapon special effects for each tier of Fighter Kensei I & II.
The Fighter experts don't know the percentage of the chance of applying magical Two Handed Weapon special effects for each tier of Fighter Kensei I & II?
