Well, I bought DDO back when it first came out, was a mandatory monthly subscription and all. I leveled a character to about 12-14th, I can't remember exactly what level he was but when I come back my same character is level 1. Is there a reason for this. I have done asking ingame and no one answers in the advice channel, I have done some researching on the forums and I can't find anything on it.
Does anyone know what issue this might be?

Well since no one seems to know and I can't find anyway to get in contact with anyone from technical support - what is the correct and best way to contact technical support on this issue?

Are you sure that you logged on to the correct server? I would try logging onto all of them.
