Blah, i got one and the heal amplif. 10% on my dt, and they dont stack :/

The finger necklace does stack with the 10% on your dragontouched but you have to put the finger necklace on first. Or at least this used to be the case. I will try it out again tonight on my healing-amp toon to confirm.
