How would I go about making an uber insta-kill/CC wizard?

I want to roll a caster for tasty instant kills and for some crowd control ability. Nuking will be secondary on this guy. I was thinking Human or Drow pale master for the extra int and self healing. Would I be better off taking a different route?

Drow Palemaster is a good way to go. Max INT. all lvl ups and put rest into con.


These are the main feats i can think while im at work
greater sf Necro
greater sf enchantment
x1 Spell Pen feat - take all 3 spell pen enhancements
toughness feat- w/racial toughness enhancements
Highten
Extend
Maximize

craft you a +3 exceptional gs weapon

This is a good starting point

I know there are other ways to go but this should give you great cc and fod/wail
with self healing.
