New lowbie item?

Just pulled this out of one the Depth quest end rewards..

no min lvl on it so it be very powerful aly in korthos or harbor

It's one of those 'no-special-drop-location' items. Like Ioun Stones and such.

1 charge...might be great if you want to kick ass in some noob boss fight, but all boss fights at that level are a walkover anyway.

And notice that it doesn't recharge.
A one time 10 minutes summon is nice, but nothing to write home about.

Lol, the earth grab damage alone will kill most mobs at those levels.
