Thanks for the guide... I do have one question though...

Is there a practical difference between Cleric and FvS dille feats? I'm planning a H-elf sorc soon, and the divine feats should dramatically help low-level survivability...Once my Drow Sorc could UMD heal scrolls, it changed a lot. using healing wands earlier seems promising.

My main debate is with a sorc, wisdom would be a dump stat, but still allows the FvS feat, but for the cleric feat, I'd need to pump up wisdom to 13.... I'd hate to do that if there is no real benefit....

Clerics get spell access on Odd levels, Favored Soul on Even levels.

This is somewhat relevant when we factor in that something like a Heal scroll is tied to the caster level of the class that can use it: A cleric would get access to Heal at 11th level (with the max benefit being 10th from the feat, that means there is one level of difference or a 5% penalty in being able to use the scroll; 95% chance). A favored soul would get access to the spell at 12th level, however (two levels of separation, meaning an 85% chance to use the scroll).

It's up to you whether or not the 10% better chance to use a Heal scroll is worth 5 build points, though. Can't make that call, and I likely won't (everyone is different, after all).

Bard actually looks pretty decent. Cure serious wounds and greater heroism scrolls would probably make it worth it for some builds.

You keep putting 85% when you mean 90% for FvS. One point difference on a d20 is 5%. This does mean grab cleric over FvS if possible.

    Default questions..

Quick question about dilettante since I am planning on TRing into a helf soon:

Does the dilettante enhancement line increases your spell gain if you take FvS or Sorc Dilettante?

Like 1.5 times sp gain from items for lvl 10 dilettante? A full FvS would get double SP.

I found this on ddowiki: "Along with various bonuses, you, with these feats, count as a level one of the class for item use purposes (class restricted items, scrolls and wands)."

But its not 100% to me and I could not find this question anywhere else.
