She's the Stormreach quest giver.

She's loitering right infront of the barkeep and I have to move way out to the side or hop on the bar to talk to him.

She's not even talking to Silva I'Orian or anything she needs to politely be told to move.

Have her wait at a table or something because loitering is illegal anyway.

not an unreasonable suggestion, I've found that little cluster of NPCs annoying too. Not annoying enough to create a suggestions thread... but at least its not PvP related.

If you are talking about in the Anvil, I'm onboard. Wouldn't hurt to shift the quest giver a tad to the right (or left).

Yeah that's what I'm saying. They could drag her over some and then in the update put a witty remark in the changelog about how she was asked to move her butt over.

It's nothing majorly needed but it's something that can irritate everyone and they'll go like "why is she right here?" so they may as well just throw that in to get it out of the way I mean that's what these forums are for right?

First - This is an entirely fictional world that was created by other people. How do you know that loitering is illegal there?

Second - When loitering is considered illegal, it typically pertains to the outdoors near a building or establishment i.e. a business, a home, etc.

Third - Tavern owners usually prefer people to hang around for a long time, while in their tavern. The tavern owners will earn money that way.
