Kensai Build Question

Ok, i was talked out of making a tempest build (it was obvious when i actually looked at it). Since you all gave me such great tips last time i thought id try again.

I'm thiking Horc 12F/6Barb/2R. I'll be TWF with Khopesh, be able to powersurge and still get frenzy and barbarian rage. The 2 lvls of rogue are mainly for evasion and minor sneak attack. There wont be enough skill points to get an effective UMD or rogue skills, so i plan to put what i can into INTIM. I'll be able to get it into the 40's with an intim item, good enough for trash mobs and such but not able to tank raid bosses.

Heres my question:

I will be able to get my reflex into the mid twenties useing this build and a few items, but will that be enough to make any difference? I have an intimitank and a FB, and they get ripped to shreds by fire elementals and other spellcasters (fireball ****es me off). Will a mid twenties reflex make evasion effective? or should i put the 2 levels into fighter and get an extra feat?

Hello, I run a 12/6/2 fvs/fighter/monk and find the evashion to work realy well in the 30-35 reflex range which i just about get with resistance 5 ( DT armor) GH, and haste.
it allows me to save everything in say enter the kobold normal on a 2. if your only getting 25 or so with buffs tho it may not be as benificial.
