Default Suggestion for first Arcane Caster

I'm thinking of starting a new character and making it an Arcane Caster with little or no splashing. I have both WF and Drow to work with. I'm just wondering what would be a good base to get a feel of a Arcane caster?

I'd vote for WF wizard then. Max your int, put your con to a minimum of 16, and then put the remaining points where you see fit. (I put mine into con on my old wf wizard)
Osharan, Esharan, Osharina, Usharina, etc... I'm the 'sharans. Epoxy. Notverysexy.
I've taken the craft disturbing mental image feat... You have been warned!

    This

Also to add going wizard as yer first Arcane is alot more forgiving on the spells as you will learn which ones are good and such. Also imo in the age old fight of wizard vs sorc I do believe with Archmage and wizard DC they are taking the edge. This said I still have a sorc as I am addicted to the faster casting

What a stupid ruling, we all know that D&D promotes satanism, not gangs.

    Default Thanks

    Thanks,

just started my WF wizard, and gonna play it through fairly generalized to get a feel for the class in DDO. Will then respec it as a Archmage Necro/Enchant Wiz once I get comfortable. Those where my favorite schools in NWN.
