The only DDO store item I've found so far has also been BtA. To be honest a guildy of mine saw this on the AH a few days ago and I bought it out. I'm unsure of whether to use it or save it so I'm seeing if any offers intrigue me.

As to where it came from, my guess would be someone was lucky and won it from the DDO lottery and it came unbound.
