    Default Missing Country: I cannot buy from Turbine!

    I'd like to understand *why* I cannot buy VIP subscription or Turbine Points from Turbine.

    When I'm requested "shipping" information, which is only for invoicing and VAT purpose, because there's no physical shipping in the process, I am not able to see my Country (Italy) listed as only NAFTA Countries (US, Mexico & Canada) are available from the list.

    Apart from the fact that mine was an "impulse buy"...yeah...I liked the game...I wanted more empowerment in the game and I was ready to pay for it...well...the fact that I wasn't able to buy it not even if I wanted really turned me in the wrong way. It's the kind of things that causes me to *go on berserk*...

    How could you restrict your store to NAFTA Countries??!

    Even RPGnow sells me pdfs and make money out of it. I really don't understand in what DDO should be different.

    Until very recently, Turbine only officially supported DDO for the US, Canada, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand. We still officially support only support those countries for some of our other games. However, we are working on making updates to our billing system.

    I'm not sure where you were trying to add a card that it didn't allow you to select Italy.

    You should be able to add a credit card to the account for subscription payments or points purchases by going to https://myaccount.turbine.com/ and signing in with the same username and password you use to log into the game. Then click the Payment Method button at the top of the page, and enter your information. We do only accept credit/debit cards in this manner. For more information, please review this sticky. You can also contact Account Management for assistance.
