    Default Activate Premium Services eta?

    Please reactivate the premium services. I am sure you all have busy getting U7 ready and addressing post launch issues. However, I sincerely hope that you can get premium services moving soon. I have been waiting quite some time for a character transfer after being notified that my request was received.

    Thanks and I will be waiting.

    P.S. U7 has been a blast so far, well done.

    Default Requested character transfer and support ETA?

    So, pretty much title says, I need some response from Turbine for my submissions.

    About a month ago, probably around September 14th to 20th, I submitted 2 character transfer from Cannith to Thlenith.
    Judging from what I saw here in forum, it seems to be it currently it'll take about 30 business days till submission.
    However given the temporary premium service closure, I am wondering if it still take 30 days, or more.
    I understand support team must be quite busy with character transfer for European folks, but if you could inform me current situation I would be appreciated.

    Also, I believe I did not receive 500 TP for my September's VIP membership.
    For this reason I submitted investigation request via account support submission form.
    It been about week and half, could be more or less but haven't heard from Turbine since then.
    I am wondering if I should go through request from once again just in case.

    Bump - had a Guild rename request in before the service was shut down - what happened to the request and when will the service be back up??

    Merged 2 threads for 1 answer.

    We are working through all Premiums in the queue now. They are being processed in the order they were submitted. When they get to a request, they will process it then send an email, or send an email with a request for more info if necessary.

    At this time we do not have an ETA for re-opening Premium Services for new requests. When we have more information or anything changes, I'll be posting in this Sticky.


    Account Management turn around is within 3 days at this time. If you haven't heard back, you may want to submit a second inquiry. Be sure to enter a valid email where you can receive responses, and add customersupport@turbine.com to your safe sender list. You might even check your spam folder. Alternatively, you can call. Phone information is in my signature.

    I hate to have to mention the part about including your email, but you might be surprised how many people contact us but don't include an email or username so we have no way to respond.
