After U7 was implemented, i got way more failed saves than before, is anyone experiencing the same thing? (Higher mob spell DCs?)

In a similar vein, is it just me or did they buff the trap DC in monastery (at least the dancing spheres DC, if not the rest)? I was farming this on my monk life shortly after U7 and would fail a save on something like a 10 +30, whereas I don't remember dancing at all in those spheres during my previous monk life, a short 15 days earlier.
Oh and is it just me, or did they also nerf the tentacles right off the Mindflayers? I can't remember the last time I saw one stun, let alone braindrain anyone.

Von Series? Failed a few on Hold Monster at 6+34 i believe the last i noticed and that was long time pre update 7.
Monastery trap DC's have always been real high, but AFAIK never got danced by the Disco Balls before when soloing my rogue through there, and my rogue has pants for a will save.
It wouldnt really surprise me to see some DC related shenanigans pop in after U7 tho, given the addition of archmage... DC altering PRE possible(probable?) linkage, so long as my 800 HP bbn isnt getting 1 shot by level 14 elite traps i guess im happy.

There is the way that Gnoll casters (of all levels) were changed to cast spells more often.
But I've heard of complaints of other epic casters becoming more dangerous too, and I also noticed that fighting Black Abbot people were dying to his attack spells more often than they used to. Maybe there was something global that raised enemy spell power...
Thats what i was thinking too, i usually clear out epic wizking to the king without a death(Or maybe 1 if i get unlucky with saves), but after U7 i find myself dying once or twice in the main room, usually from being perma stunned, commanded and blasted to death with cometfalls. Q.Q

I got my brain eaten by one 2 days ago when i was running a lowbie through DQ1...darn flayers
Nope desert ones.
Thing was, before U7 i was using the quorforged docent(-2 will saves) and i barely got commanded.
After U7 i made my DT docents(Resistance +5) added +4 to my will saves(Was only using nightshield previously and the docent gave -2) now i keep getting hit with greater command every couple seconds.
And then i get sound burst stunned as well too >.<

Few other things:
I somewhat remember a dev mentioning a change to make it easier to target creatures with spells, particularly if the creature was moving around before the spell arrived. Maybe what's happening is that players who previously would've been outside of the spell AOE due to endless running are now getting hit with things.
