    Default Paladin & Wisdom

I'm looking to make a drow twf paladin and noticed a lot of builds use low wisdom.
What's the effect of having low wisdom? Is it just low sp? The reason I ask is I'm thinking of adding sorc to the build and if I don't NEED wisdom for the spells, then a low wisdom is the way to go.

    Please no flaming on multiclassing.
I ask the expert on paladins for the paladin part.

You need WIS = 10 + spell level to cast spells. A pally with a Wis 12 (after items, tomes and enhancements) can cast 2nd level spells. A pally with WIS 14 can cast 4th level spells.

A higher WIS will net you more spell points, though only a marginal amount. It also will boost your will save, which likely won't need it if you have a good CHA.
Ghallanda - now with fewer alts and more ghostbane

WIS is pretty much a dumpstat for Paladins. You can reach 14 easily with any +6 WIS item.

the primary effect of low base wis is having more build points to spend on the stats you actually need.
