    Default Account Reactivation problems

    My account has been inactive for about 6 months or so, I logged on the game yesterday as a ftp player and decided to re activate my account. Today I bought an ultimate game card and purchased a 30 day pass with it from the website... I went to my account and click add game card.... after I typed in the game card code it said that it was added to the account. My account still said that it was suspended and told me to add a game card or update my billing information. I saw that it can take up to around 2 hours for it to activate but It has been a few minutes shy of 2 hours and it still says that the account is suspended... Is there something that I missed or did wrong? Before I took my break and let my account become inactive It was on the yearly payment if that makes any difference.

    Sounds like this is a few things. It may be the known issue. Or it could be due to the previous failed payment. If you contact Account Management they can assist.

    Thx Victorie, called the support line and it was resolved in less that a minute, seems that my GTC was stuck processing so thx
