I have downloaded different skins from the LotRO site, and have enjoyed having new looks for my characters' UIs.

With U-7, though, I've noticed that the skin of a previously logged character carries through to the current character. It's nothing that interferes with game play by any means, but if I really wanted a particular skin for that character, I have to go back into "options" to reset it.
