Epic Wraps of Endless Light Question

Howdy all,
This may be a silly question, but as a level 18 monk can I upgrade the wraps to epic assuming I have all the required components (yes I have the epic token). I would just like to confirm before
spending too much time getting scales as opposed to leveling up.

Your character does not need to be a required level to turn components into the traders to get the Mabar items. Be you level 2 or 20, you can still trade in for any item on the list if you have the pieces to do so.

Thanks very much for the reply. That is how I hoped it would work, but wanted to double check. Looks like I'll be in the graveyard for the weekend.

Keep in mind that you'll need an epic dungeon token. They're bta, so if you have any capped characters, it can work. If that level 18 monk is your highest, though, you're out of luck.
