I ask because, honestly, I'm not sure. Some of the HO avatars look green-ish, but the ambient lighting makes it hard to tell for me. I am partially colorblind, yes.
So, um... a yes or no and I'm happy.

It would be in keeping with D&D rules which in this case I can't see a good reason to deviate from. "Greenish" doesn't mean neon.
As long as it's optional, cool. I kind of hope the jutting teeth are optional as well.

On second look, orcs in DDO actually look blue...
I'm utterly confused as to what orcs are supposed to look like now.
All I know is, the pinkish coloration just kinda... puts me off :S it doesn't look right to me.

The green skin-tone options does not show up on the character model as particularly green. More of a gray with slightly washed out green tone. Which is okay by me, since D&D Orcs are supposed to be gray, not green: "This creature looks like a primative human with gray skin and coarse hair (MM, pg 203)".
My main criticism with Horc skin-tones is that there is far too much brown - this also applies to hair color as well.
On the lama server I was able to make a green half-orc. I tried it on Khyber and couldn't replicate it even after picking the same color palate.
