    Default i have 2 accounts on same account?

    Hi there wonder if anyone can advise or guide me as to what to do. I have had a subscription since last year and have been playing free to play for last few months on it. When i clicked to go on forum today it said about signing up for subscription or click sign in if you already had a account. I clicked sign in typed my name and password in and then it took me to my account page.

    It now shows 2 free to play accounts one started today and one started last year. Is there a way of removing the newer one. I am waiting for europe to transfer over and dont want anything to go wrong.

    What can be done to try to remedy this problem?

    Hi, i write because i have the same problem, but i have a VIP and a FREE account. I'd like to delete the free one. I got these free account even having the VIP one doing the same than comojo did.

    Do you have the same login name for both? If not then presumably you contact Turbine with the login name of the unwanted account and the e-mail attached and they delete the right one. I'd be surprised if you could make 2 accounts with the same login name.

    No, is not the same login name. Both suscriptions are in the same Turbine Account, but the have different login data.

    That's good then, simply contact accounts@turbine and pass on the unwanted account's login details and ask for it to be removed.

    EDIT: Ignore accounts@turbine then, use http://www.ddo.com/component/content...account-ticket instead then.

    As far as i can see they are the same, the 1st one says default account and that hasnt been used (at least i clicked it as thought it was the other one but there was no world history, I didnt go further to investigate).

    So not sure.

    Think ill send that e-mail see if that can sort out the problem.

    what are you going to do about the players who have had the free turbine points and european transfers sent to a newer premium account with no unlocks?, we all submitted the tickes but greeted with a wall of silence again

    well despite my best efforts and multiple e-mails between them prior to the character and points move, i was told that dont worry everything will be fine. They will only move things on to the oldest account (my 09 one) not the new current one that recently appeared. I was told change the name of them which i have now done.

    1 account i call DO NOT USE which is unused has no chars on and the other account MAIN ACC USE THIS ONLY.

    Finally get my e-mail to tell me my chars have now arrived at their new home on ghallenda and look everywhere for them on the proper account. Hmmm my points havent gone on nor any sign of the character. Out of desperation i try the account that has not ever been used and what do i find, 5250 points on that account and my characters.

    So now i have characters on one account and my old characters on another account. Only points on one, so what are we supposed to do?

    If i buy content example catacombs does that unlock for both accounts? or just the one account im buying on (where my points are). If so will be hard but wont be end of the world. At least my son can still play on the other account (and i dont have to worry about him nicking my points ) but if it doesnt unlock for the other account then will be very hard and pointless. I have even ulocked content on the other account already.

    Have sent another e-mail stressing the problem but as far as i can work out the answer is tough luck. as points and chars are non transferable accross accounts once they have gone to their new home.

    Please post in the International forums for questions about the character transfers. I am sorry, but I don't have any information for you guys at this time, though I do know they are looking into the issue you're describing.

    For the rest of you, I'd recommend changing the subscription nicknames on the Account Management website, so you can easily identify the subscription with your characters.
