Hi,i find many thread that talk about the "splash lvl",but i don't understand what it is...it's something related at the water element? Look very important for the monk,please explain me.

ah, thats common game lingo for "take a level or two in this class", for example, if someone wants to "splash some monk" that means that they are mostly one class like ranger, but they decided to take 2 or so monk classes to make a Ranger 18/ Monk 2
