TR Past Life Feats

Not sure if i read it correctly and with U7 just being launched i doubt i'll get many responses but here goes. OK so you lvl your toon up to 20 and decide to tr it as the same/different class. Congratulations you have a past life feat ! Do you need to use a feat to get your past life feat or is this a "freebie"? I remember reading somewhere that you need to use one of your feat slots to get something you already worked for just can't remember how accurate that info was

Both. There is a passive (free) past life feat and an active (not free) past life feat. The passive one you receive at level 1 and can stack up to 3 times, the active one you can select as one of your feats at level 3 or later.
