    Default pwd w/ symbols & eur acct

    Hey there, i have changed my acct password to include three symbols !"#

    I could do that in the acct management but now i cant log in the acct at myaccount.turbine.com, i can do it in the game without problem but when i try to enter in the acct management i cant.

    I had a European acct i just opt in for transfer i would like to know if i need to log into my acct to chose the server of destination or if the chars will be placed in a specific server.

    Be sure you're using Internet Explorer or Firefox to log into the Account Management page. You can always type the password into a notepad or similar document to be sure it's right, then paste it into the website. If that doesn't fix it, please contact the Account Management department for assistance.
