Provide an option to join Raids when on timer but forego all loot

have an option to do raid quests when on timer but without gaining loot from chests/end reward

So you can play with your friends/help people out but not exploit the timer mechanic.

This suggestion is pro-fun and has no drawbacks other than probably awkward coding.

One potential down-side. It give people the ability to "sell" completions to others. By allowing the best geared characters to repeat indefinitely, for example, you could essentially guarantee 15 minute shroud/ToD/Abbot completions--over and over again all day. That would be worth a lot of plat.

You don't generate loot. No one can assign you loot. (Basically, you're locked out of the chests). Your counter doesn't increment.

That'd work for me. (Well, I mean the timer is annoying in the first place, but to leave the devs intentions in place...)

Or.... if you want to run a raid with your friends.... wait and run a raid with your friends. Oh... another thing you can do... roll an alt so when you run a raid with out your friends, you have an alt on stand by to run a reaid WITH your friends.


That's what I would do... if I had firends that is...
