    be prepared to trade 3+ scales for it. Your not gonna find one for 1 scale

    Its not that its not used, its that there just are not that many of them floating around. I know lots of people that would have an Epic RoSS if they could get ahold of a scroll. Large demand, limited supply, prices favoring the seller.
