cancelling one of two subscriptions

for some reason there is two subscrptions in my account, one is a trial, can i delete the trial one as i am transferring toons from europe and it may cause a confusion when transferring them

You can't, but the Account Management department can. Just be sure there aren't any characters on the one you want canceled before you contact them. If you don't delete them, the names will be locked forever and not usable.

i tried asking for this second sub to be deleted and now the thing i was worried about has happend, my european toons and turbine points have been added to this account and it has none of the unlocks i had on my main subscription.
there are quite a lot of us in the same situation, this is turbines mess not ours as you assured us it would go to the highest status account if they were the same status it would go to the eldest created account, this has not happnd

I'm in your same situation,they just added tp on my old subscription,and i immediatly sent a email to account management of turbine,i hope i'll get back my tp on my main sub.
