WASD keysbinds..

I try to not be too offensive asking whose bright idea it was to add perma bound functions to any WASD keys like Ctrl + S for the store? When you got rid of others why did you leave any behind? It can be very annoying, sometimes dangerous, having the store pop up every once in a while when using other Ctrl + Keys while moving backwards, and at least I have 14 of such keybinds.

So please all I'm asking is to move, or remove, any perma bound function from WASD keys to other buttons that do not have a chance to hinder movement.

Do we really need to ask why?

It's the same reason why 'Show stuff I don't own' is on in the LFM and 'Hide Store Gold Seal rewards' is off in Guild Amenities by default.

Note that I haven't played the game for quite some time so the above may have some inaccurate info but you get what I mean.

Just remove them on the keymappings. If they reset try making the file read-only.

The time they added the browser to ctrl-w without a keymapping there was a lot of complaining and they added it very quickly.

Yeah remember but didn't scroll through them thanks for the advise though. ^^

Edit: Had no luck with the workaround, but was worth a try. Just have to remove it every time I log as usual. :\

I'd like to not have default key bindings and the only time the keys are bound is when I set them up.

Have the tutorial show you how to use keybinding and make the new player set up some basic bindings. They can customize after they complete the grotto.
