    Darn, I missed this post.

I'm talking about lesser hearts specifically - an in game respec should be available via in game means and to me that doesn't mean indirectly via ground out TPs.

Re astral diamonds, you can buy a ship without astral diamonds, but the best ships in each class cannot be bought without, and Astral Diamonds - to date - cannot be earned in game. Happy to see this and the above is changing.

Reaver ring - didn't know about it, thanks for the clarification... but the anti-mummy potions consumables are not. Don't know if that's changing, I hope it is, I'll be a very happy bunny - not because I want them, but because of the principle.

Bank slots - you can earn an extra bank bag with favour. And you can buy another slot with TPs. This extra slot should be available via further favour grindage. Whether I need that space or not (I don't) is not the issue.

    Default Guild Experience

    Not much for posting, but...
    1. I would like to have my guild experience to continue to grow and be a part of my character. If I feel froggy to establish my own guild, my experience that I have "collected" along the way should count for something. Not just be thrown away. If you join another guild it would not add, but should you make your own guild...
    2. More role-playing to be involved. Not number crunchers who calculate that this item will give me a .016% better chance to whatever. Simply ridiculous on game that was built on the premise of creativity and imagination. I know numbers rule the engine that makes this game possible, it should not take over how the game is played. Live a little.
    3. Bring back the beginning trainer for each class. That way some people will really understand what their role is in their groups (and limitations). Add in an item trainer so people really understand how to craft, use potions, what these items really do. Don't make it mandatory, but available for people who would like to learn instead of be belittled by the elitist who can't understand how people don't know what they know. The initial "how-to" is a good start, just give people somewhere to fine tune and expand upon what they learn before taking it to the "main stage".
    4. Oh, and if a character hasn't been utilized in x amount of time, have that character die of old age. The equipment could be passed on to the heir so they don't lose what they earned along the way, but this would open up some names that people would like to use so we can get rid of some of these asinine names that are being utilized.

Just some thoughts. And yes, I can't count

    - Find a way to make sword and board a more viable choice for fighter-types (I personally like the passive DR idea, but am open to suggestions.)

    - Improve the general collectibles system in DDO (personally again, I love the 'barter' system in the Mabar event, maybe something along those lines?)

    - Improved character customization, along with armor customization options.

    1) Some quests where the "conversation skills" and your toon's alignment are essential and would really make a difference in how you finish the quest (different ways of progressing quests in general, not the binary fail or succeed in killing a boss). ,)

    2) That the way prestige classes / prestige enhancements be changed to work more according to the rules (which would imply that multiclassing allowed more than 3 classes).

    3) More content in general (high, mid and low level) and less item hunting.

    p.s.
OK, just ignore these points ,)

No need to repeat original eplanations, /agreed.

My views on the above list:

1: I'd like to see not only scaling, but things like linking hotbars into a "logical Block" (IE 3 bars tied together that contain potions) that can be minimized to a small Icon when not in use, freeing screen space; Implementation of Lua for UI customization; Customizable and movable areas for Buffs/Effects

2: Agreed. Everything should be accessable after an appropriate grind as well as for purchase

3: Interresting Idea. I assume that you refer to level-appropriate instances of, say, Cerulean Hills. I would be up for this even with one counter for Slayer/Rares/Explorer as long as the mobs, particularly in Slayer, become more dificult in tiers. This way you could complete everything and still get XP, as opposed to abandoning the content until the day you complete everything on Epic and REALLY have nothing better to do than finish all the widerness areas for no reward other than to say "I did it".

My own little addition... I'd like to see LotRO's "ABC" music system implemented, not only to allow customized "riffing" for Bard songs, but as a general system anyone can play with. I'd rather see player videos using at least homegrown versions of music rather than the Metal/Hiphop/Syrupy ballad mp3-of-the-day.

1 - Lower boss HP's in higher level quests, but make them smarter/more cunning (5 minute beat-downs are boring)

2 - Better character appearance customization, including clothing, etc (I know the icy raiments are awesome, but I'm tired of seeing 25% of the population wearing the same thing)

3 - Quest randomness (including traps, mobs, etc)

    1. get rid of the new guild stuff. it has destroyed the original reason for guilds. before if someone invited you into there guild it meant that they really thought you were a good player. now everyone looks at you like a piece of meat that can get more renown for them.

    1. all tier 3 prestige enhancements require character level 18, instead of class level.

    2. at character level 16 Many Shot for anyone that has it acts like CE, toggle always on unless interupted by casting.

    3. oh those useless gems, Lets use them for Appereance crafting. give every gem that drops ingame 4 numbers

so like all Imperial Topaz's are all 10/4/7/17

the first number would be the appereance 10
the second number would be main color 4
the third number would be trim color 7
the fourth number would be custom emblem 17

Now to the crafting, you place your armor/shield or helmet into the crafting device, and then there will be 4 slots to fill, slot1 appereance / slot 2 main color / slot 3 trim color / slot 4 custom emblem. any combination of gems ingame can be used in the slots

    Three things I'd add/change:

    1. Armour customization
    2. Vets be a bit more tollerant
    3. Newbs be a bit more intelegent

    3) make stealth more important on quests... like "pull that lever before the alarm is sounded!"
On this note, I have to say more armor skins. My cleric had one armor skin, upgraded, then upgraded again, and was back with the original armor skin. *shudders*

    1) Druids.
    2) Dual-wielding Halflings as weapons.
    3) Druids shapeshifted into bears dual wielding halflings as weapons.

    Seriously:

    1) Druids
    2) Weapon balance pass, giving lighter, lower damage weapons like Daggers a attack speed boost to compensate for low damage output, possibly giving a reason to use something other than Falchions, Great Axes, Scimitars, Khopeshes, or Rapiers.
    3) AI. Actually putting some in.

    1. Random Practice Dungeon Generator (Could be possible considering there are dungeon generators out there)
    2. Design a Dungeon Feature (if 1 is added) if not have Broccoli actually in the game
    3. F2P Low level raid (srry but i'm not a fast leveler)

    1. Loot fixes :
    - fix the random loot tables to make them more viable. Eg: Add shroud effects such as lightning strike, radiance, etc (probably at ~+8 cost). Change caster levels on clickies to better match the min level of the item (level 16 item would have caster level of 8 instead of 1), ...
    - rebalance some named loot so new and old are more consistent.
    - if this was truly a new game scenario, remove the Monty haul aspect by resetting power of many items wrt min level.

    2. Rework DA to be more intelligent. Running through and agreeing mobs would still be penalized but in a more rational/tailored way (locked doors, buffed mobs, more dangerous traps, etc).

    3. Rework the collectible system. Reduce the number of types, improve the turn in rewards have them scale with quest level (no more blades from the vale), etc. I would think about using a lot of pots and scrolls for the collectible rewards and remove them from the vendors.

xD, how are we supposed to work the Tarrasque in? though if they stuck with DnD 3.5 description itd barely do any damage >.>

    1. Balanced Classes (holy **** so unnatural), if not balanced classes, at least make it so classes can actually perform roles that they were supposed to perform (it may seem long past, but yes, casters did indeed contribute to dps in pnp...)
    2. Either get rid of PvP, or make it workable
    3. More content, another city besides stormreach

    1. Complete prestige class enhancements.

    2. More raid/unique loot for the more neglected weapons (LB, daggers, picks...)

    3. A one time deconstruction of greensteel with a TR after all of the prestige classes have been created and completed.
