toons not in MyDDo

I have a few of my recent toons that do not show up under my MyDDO account. Is there a limit or am i missing a step i do not remember performing for any of my previous toons?

And when i say new, i mean a few weeks old, i.e over 8th lvl and 400 favor.

Thoughts?

myddo is broken

Guild levels are very far behind.

People are in guilds that are level 60 and their guild level is shown as 54. It takes quite a bit of time to go from 54 to 60 due to the grind.
