Half Orcs for TWF?

I was thinking about rerolling my low level TWF Heavy Pick specced Kensai Fighter and I see my two main options as Human and Half Orc because I know AP will already be tight, so I don't think that Halflings will show me enough love without spending a ton of extra AP.

As far as I can see, Half Orcs get
a) +2 Strength,
b) +2 Racial Enchancements to Strength
c) Power Attack I, II, III and
d) the invitation-to-poor-play +Strength from HP loss and do not get any other bonuses when fighting with two weapons.
e) Power Rage I and II for 0.5 Orc Barbarians

Humans get
a) +1 Racial Enhancement to Strength
b) Healing Amp
c) Extra Feat
d) Extra skill points
e) Human Versatility for UMD, etc.

Did I miss anything significant for making my choices? Does anyone have a Halfling Kensai that can say just how much of the Sneak Attack line they were able to afford?

It's pretty much your standard choice for any melee class. Human, dwarf and WF are all more survivable than HO but HO will do more damage. There's no wrong decision.

I've specced out a halfling kensei and I couldn't afford very many of the SA and save enhancers. You can get some of them though and with all the feats the dragonmarks are easy to fit in and will really help.

I don't know if this is optimal, but: HO barb 6 / ftr 12. Base STR 20 + 5 lvl-ups + 2 HO enhs + 3 ftr enhs = STR 30. Max Rage + Frenzy is another +10 STR (presuming all barb & HO Power Rage enhs); Power Surge is another +8. So that's STR 48 before any STR tomes, items, or other buffs. Add in Orcish Fury III and you'll have STR 56 when HPs < 10% IIUC. [I wonder how many HOs will yell, "Don't heal me yet!" during fights? ]

A dwarf with Khopeshes beats a dorf with axes. Horc beats all.
