While I love A-1, steak sauce is what you put on a badly prepared steak. Put the mushrooms and onions on the side.

I just prefer the sauteed mushrooms on top, I also never put A-1 on a steak. I pour a small amount on the side of it and just dip a little of the steak into it.

I like sauteed onions too but spread over the top of liver. Yeah, I like liver. :P

Well, Geno's and Pat's is where the history is. I tried Pats, didnt like them. Genos was pretty dang good. Worst steaks? I cant see how that could be true.

As for the taverns around 2nd-4th ill call you on that and give em a try next time Im in Philly!!
