Actually, another VIP player took the spot they normally keep reserved for you. You were half an hour later than normal logging in tonight, so they decided to give it away, thinking you wouldn't show up. Next time, be on time for your reservation.

Nobody took your spot - it's just a bug with the login server. Keep trying, persistence pays off. Or, reboot your computer - that sometimes works for me. But, it's not a matter of being VIP, Preemie, or F2P. It's a bug.

We're not saying we don't like your thread, simply pointing out that previous threads have been created and you making another will not help to get this bug fixed sooner. Paying customer or not, bugs happen.
