    Default Debit Card Problem

    A week ago I decided to renew my VIP sub to DDO. Entered my card details again, and it all worked. Had a good time playing that day. Next day, I find out that I am back to premium for some odd reason, so I go and check what is going on with my Account.

    It said that the sub was cancelled due to non-payment, which I thought was odd at the time because I had enough money on my card to pay for it. So I entered the details again, and it let me play again, for only that one day.

    After that, it would not even let me use the same card because it was empty.

    Now it comes to today, and I got paid (woo hoo!). I entered my card details to update my account, but I did not click on the GET UNLIMITED ACCESS button this time. I check my bank balance and it seems that the difference between my Total Account Balance and Available balance, is the same as those 2 mystery payments.....as if they are waiting to go out to Turbine.

    I really dont know what to do right now.

    Every time you update your card in the Turbine system there is a $1.00 authorization hold that is placed on the card. These holds clear back to the card automatically within a few days. The length of the hold is determined by your bank. These authorization do take away from your available balance (the money you can actually spend) while it is held.

    If you have questions about the holds or your balance, I encourage you to contact your bank.

    If you would like to be VIP, you can click the "Get Unlimited Access" button. Or you can contact Account Management by phone or web inquiry (turn around is down to 2-3 days!) and they can assist without any more authorization holds.
