Need Senior GM for guild airship issue

Okay, last night our guild (Doomdancers on Argonnessen) hit level 50, (then dropped to 49 and hit 50 again, yay!)
Guess what, we were unable to upgrade our airship!
NPC just says we don't meet requirements, however we do (even stored extra plat to be sure)
May be he didn't like we painted ship pink, who knows.

I've contacted several GM's, they were unable to resolve issue.
Some were very helpful and polite, seems they researched topic and weren't able to find any info on this.
Others were just a joke, telling me to not contact in-game support, because it's known issue (i've checked, it's not on the Official Known Issues list).
Last one, besides being polite and helpful, said he "have no timeframe to fix that" and told me that I might be banned for abusing In-Game support.

No, I won't silence.
Instead, I looking for competent, privileged Senior GM, WITH timeframe to do help with airship purchase manually.
