    Default Negative Level Bug?

I don't know if this is WAI (Working As Intended), but the penalty for negative levels seems to have doubled.

If I am correct, each negative level is supposed to give a -1 to checks/saves (as per PnP Standard). However, EACH negative level brings about a -2(!) penalty towards checks/saves (i.e. 7 negs = -14 penalty. This also seems to be applying to things like HP and SP as well.

    Any thoughts?

I THINK that the saves go down by as much as they increased when you leveled up. Although I honestly don't know.
The DnD book is almost completely useless when it comes to this game.

Neg levels in PnP are supposed to remove any thing you got (to-hit, HP, skill, feats, etc...) wich would be about a -1 to everything.

However, someone decided that in DDO it should be -2 to everything (icluding x2 the hp/sp which is complete BS). It has been this way for a very long time, I would almost say since launch but I can't remember that far back.
