I'm looking to get ready to TR into a Half-Orc Fighter 12/Ranger 6/Rogue 2. I'm going for Kensai II/Tempest I. I'm having a little trouble mapping out what levels to take each class/feat/PrE. Does anyone have a similar build or can you direct me to thread that does? Input would be greatly appreciated.

You ought to be able to adapt any of the Monster variants which use that class / level mix. Bear in mind Tempest I isn't as desirable as it once was, though.
