Ok I am not sure where to post this. I have a massiave frame rate issue.
System specs:
Intel quad cpu 2.4 ghz
4gigs of rame
windows 7 32 bit
Nvida 8800gt vid card. with latest drivers
Issue: I stand anywhere does not matter and I get 100-60 frames a second. Then I will move and drop to 10. I am attempt to group and anyone runs near me, down to 5. I am truned all the graphics down to lowest setting although I know I should not have to. I want to play ddo I miss it but this issue is unbearable, for me at least.
I would love any help you all can give me on this issue.

Anyway, is this a recent issue? Did it suddenly crop up, or is this a fresh install of ddo that's doing this?
I had a similar issue recently that was caused by a virus. First thing I'd do is run a virus/spyware scan and see if that remedies the problem as it did for me.I do it for the lulz.
