Default all your base will belong to us on level 6

ok ok ok ive got a level 1 fighter. and im already planning for level 6 ownage that will make the rest of the game easy, EASY, to do.

    Str 15
    Dex 13
    Con 16
    Int 13
    Wis (dumpstatted) 8
    Cha (dumpstatted) 8

ok, so now you wonder "too much int not enough con" right? but wait, theres more!

feats that i have already purchased:
    power attack
    combat expertise
    cleave

im planning on adding toughness on the next level, and on the next il get me dodge and mobility. then i will add spring attack. the next level will bring whirlwind attack, and improved cleave. next i will get power critical.

    what do you guys think?

Maybe if you told us what kind of character this is?

So far I see some gimped melee build, with bad stat distribution and bad feat choices

Don't tell us any more or your ownage might be compromised.

For a tank, the stat spead doesn't look that bad, actually. Sure, one could have saved 2 build points, but this saves 2 tomes which might be nice for a beginner.

We dont even know what class you are attempting to play.

regardless, it does not appear to be a good plan overall.

    You are joking/trolling, I hope.

If you are serious, your stat are bad if you want to do dps, mobility and spring attack are useless feats, used only on rangesrs to take Tempest I, whirlwind attack lowers your dps, cleave is only used on barbarians to take Frenzy Berserk I, improved cleave is useless, power critical is useless.

Try again or follow a good build (www.ddowiki.com has good starter builds)

mobility and spring attack are required to get whirl wind attack. whirl wind attack allows me to tank the entire mob away from the party, use one attack, bam, mob is dead, and cleave will finish any survivors, if not than great cleave. power critical raises the dps as it raises the chance of a critical hit, which deals great damage. i don't see how whirl wind attack can possibly lower my dps.

I would suggest you play the game a bit more. Unless you are planning at playing at Level 6 for all eternity, your "Build" will not be effective L10+

Whirlwind lowers your DPS because it requires so many feat that do not add to DPS. Not where where you get the idea that it will allow you to "allows me to tank the entire mob away from the party". I'm not even sure what that really means.

Weapon Focus and Specialization (And then Kensai). add a LOT to DPS. You cant get Kensai if your going for Whirlwind by Level 6. This will cause you to be significantly behind the curve compared to most Fighter builds in DDO.

Power Critical is a waste because any properly equip fighter should never need the extra bonus to confirm their critical hits.

It lowers your DPS because Cleave, Greater Cleave, and Whirlwind all have much slower animations than normal attacks. It may not be obvious now while you're S&B with a slow attack rate, but when you get to high level, are hasted all the time, and are using a two-hander, you will see the difference.

With glancing blows, normal attacks with a two-hander are higher DPS than using those feats vs all but massive mobs of enemies.

Also, so you know, useful AC is very difficult to get at the highest levels, and even then, is only really useful a small portion of the time. Dealing damage is generally much more important, and your build looks to have terrible DPS.

You should have Power Attack, Two-Handed-Fighting, ITHF, GTHF, and Improved Critical. These increase your DPS dramatically, and the THF feats also increase your DPS against groups of enemies, which is what you want.

Power Critical is worthless. It only adds to the critical confirmation roll, which you should be auto succeeding on anyway. It doesn't make crits more common on any competent fighter build.

Power crit is a waste. Take Imp crit instead as it doubles the crit range for whatever wep you are using which = more crits. If you need help confirming crits get a bloodstone.
Your best bet is to search the forums for a build of the type you are looking for and follow it till you get a better handle on the game.
As it stands at lvl 6 you're uber at lvl 6 but then again so are most toons.

But you should not get whirlwind.

No, really. Whirlind does so low damage that you won't do a scratch to mobs. If you want to tank, raise Intimidate skill

You don't have any capped character, you do? When mobs have HPs in the range of thousands, what you think to do with cleave and whirlind?

It's a waste, because every well built melee have enough to hit and seeker bonus to confirm critical hits.

Because using whirlind you are not using the full attack animation so losing valuable dps on mob doing a low low low damage on mobs around you, so low that it's not useful

If you're serious, it's really great that you are getting into builds. Designing unique and effective builds is a huge part of the fun of this game. However, there are huge pitfalls in it for the new player. DDO is not D&D and things that work in D&D will gimp you in DDO. I would suggest if this is your first character that you follow an existing build while you learn the mechanics of the game...

You should review the following threads...

    http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=117232

    Aranticus' guides
    http://ddowiki.com/page/How_I_Build_My_Toons
    http://ddowiki.com/page/Templates_for_New_Players

...I also strongly suggest browsing the Character Builds forums (most there have a great deal of experience putting together builds and will offer advice and explanation if asked politely) and downloading the character planner.

Hmmm... I think somebody is setting us up the bomb.

After looking at that build all I can say is that you have no chance to survive make your time.

    Felicia Day Fairy: "Look douchy..."
