Few days ago I thought about creating mechanic specced in reapaters, and I go throught ranged fighting Feats...

We have:
- Point blanc Shoot (powerfull +1 dmg/+1Hit in "shootguning" range) - every ranged character have to take it, because it opens other feats options.
- Rapid Shoot - otherwise your ranged speed is pitfull
- Rapid Reload - otherwise your ranged speed is pitfull
- Precise shoot - realy usefull to choose pesky enemies in the back (opens way to precise shoot).
- Improved precise shoot - Only way that with good (and rare) circlumstances you can outDPS melee (and realy usefull wiith this rare occasions that you have many banishable/smitable enemies in line, or weakeaning/wounding enemies)

For bows we would need:
- Bow strenght (otherwise your bow DPS is pitfull)
- Multishoot - If you bowing and don't have it YOU are a GIMP not worth any attention!

That means RANGED NEED 5/6 (xbow mechanic/bowman) feats to make Ranged any use.
While melee need ONLY 4 feats (Fighting line (3) + power attack).
Aslo ranged need 19 Dex to take Improved precise shoot, but melee require only 17 Dex for Greater Two Weapons fighting.

Wanted to make Rouge mechanic halfling, and found that I miss feats, to have any other fighting options than pew pew pewing (Dex build with decent Int, and low Str). I didn't had place for simple Weapon finesse...

Why ranged have to be so subpar to melee when it Needs more feats than melee and require 2 diffrent Stats (to Atack and Damage)?
Can't we merge Improved precise and Precise shoot together (You get precise shoot, and can toogle it to improved precise shoot)? (weapons' precise shoot ability can stay as it is)
Would it be bad if we would delete Point blanc shoot requierments from other ranged feats?
