    Default Account!!!!

    In the last Two Weeks i have payed @twice trying to figure out why i have to pay for VIP again PLZ help ME
    NOW i WANT TO PLAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111

    I am sorry, but we cannot help with specific account issues, as noted here.

    Generally if the account is downgraded the next morning it is one of two reasons:

    1) You upgraded and then canceled immediately. To fix this but not have a reoccurring subscription, simply wait until the next day to cancel, so that the upgrade fully takes effect.

    2) You upgraded and then the payment was declined the next morning by your bank/card company. You can confirm this by checking your card statement. If this is the case, please contact your bank with any questions.
