I am going to Lesser Reincarnate my halfling light monk either today or tomorrow.

With the new changes coming with U7 I would like to be DPS but light Shintao monk for the damage reduction bypasses and party buffs. I need to be halfling as I cant switch my race in LR but I am 32 point build.

BTW I have searched the forum but thought this was more appropriate given my situation.
