    Default Unable to reactivate subscription

    The system will not accept my Walmart pre-paid debit card to renew my paid subscription. But when I vewed my online statement, it showed five (5) charges of $1.00 each from Turbine on the same day. I tried to renew my subscription 5 times.
    I also went into "payment sources" and it would not accept my debit card.

    If my debit card was not acceptable for my subscription why was the $1.00 charges?

    I'm trying to get my subscription back. I got a prepaid giftcard since I don't have a credit card and there seems to be no other way to pay. I registered the card and have tried repeatedly to update the card information so I can go back to having a subscription. Again and again it fails to work and adds $1 hold charges. The value of the card is $50 so it should be able to take out a $15 subscription charge. Your help website is down and unavailable. Could somebody please help me?

    I am having the same issue. It is not allowing me to re-activate my account and subtracting $1 for me for each attempt.

    I've called the credit card provider repeatedly...they've confirmed that it's an issue on turbine's side of the equation. I'm not sure what the problem is, but the help site is down.

    Yes, it is on their side of the equation. There is funds in the account and I correctly updated the billing information, but I just get an error message when I try to update my billing information and it deducts $1 from my account sigh.

    Unfortunately their account services people are available from 12-8:45 EST mon-fri according to the links in their account services so not during weekend. Unless there is another helpline? Not sure exactly. My address information for my credit card changed so I do not know if that is the issue or?

    The address info does have to match up. That might be your problem. I had to adjust mine a couple of times so that it would match, but even now it still doesn't work so there may be another problem.

    That or I'm just not allowed to play for some reason .

    I adjusted it several times used my old address and new one. It is very annoying especially since every one of those is $1. Oh well lousy guess they do not want my business.

    I logged in FTP in game and spoke with some people apparently the way to fix this is to call the Account Management number on Mon-Fri sigh. Oh well good luck to you.

    I had a similar problem. It's an issue with their credit software possessing (apparently if your IP address location doesn't correspond with your home address, it won't allow it to process. My ISP is about 50 miles away, so it wouldn't allow my attempts.)

    Just give them a call @ 781-407-4020. The hold time is a bit long (I waited about 20-25 minutes), but they'll be able to help you over the phone.

    Doh I can not give them a call. Apparently unlike other major online games they do not have account services on weekends. I do not know if you had the same problem I live in a decent size city, but I did move and change my credit card address. They also discontinued using game cards to upgrade to VIP they just have gamecards which allow you to buy points for the store so there appears to be no work around. What kind of business is that?

    I have a problem quite like this. The Account Homepage won't accept my Credit card and keeps telling me i entered a wrong numer (yes, i checked that...). So my Account is locked on F2P and since I am from Germany I do not want to call a service line in somewhere far far away and spend a fortune in a waiting cue to be able to play again.

    There is some information about the required verification in this sticky.

    The $1.00 are authorization holds that should be released back to the card within a few business days. The length of the hold is determined by the card company. Turbine never receives any money from those holds.

    We do require verification of the address and card details. If the card company doesn't provide all the information we require, we won't accept the card. You can call or submit a web inquiry for assistance. To have them charge the card you can call or fax. If you would like the fax information, please submit a web inquiry or PM me.
