Default Looking for family style raid guild...

I've been looking around and haven't had any luck on the specific guild I am looking for. Maybe it doesn't exist, but this is my last attempt of being in search of what i want.

I'm looking for a guild that is more like a family, than just a guildie being another person. I want a guild who can succeed in raiding as well. Drama Free, just a guild to play with friends where you can relax...

I don't care if you're an old guild or new guild, small or big. I just want a fun relaxing raid guild...

We may not fit the raiding part of that (yet), but AfterDark is a family style guild in many aspects. Aside from all of us being close and helping one another whenever we can, many of us are also mature (I believe our average age is 30 with many members upwards of that) and have families of our own.
We try to keep drama to a minimum. As with any situation where you have a large group of people, it will happen from time to time, but we're pretty quick to squash anything like that as it arises.

The problem you are going to find is that the guilds actively recruiting are not going to be set up like that and the ones who are tend to be careful of who they invite in. My biggest suggestion is just jump in quests. At some point you will find a guild that is similar to if not exactly what you are looking for and then keep queating/raiding with them. In turn whichever guild you you have found will more than likely see you as a good match and invite you in. Good luck in your search.
