The Wildman rebel at r1 lx1640 ly1136 i259 cInside ox266.62 oy-88.43 oz-133.64 h277.0 requires a diplomacy skill to access an explorer.
Soloing I am only able to reach a score of 13 on a melee alt.
My suggestion is to either:
Allow cleric or bard Hirelings to interact and open the passageway
Lower the diplomacy score for soloists if they have cleared the area
Remove the wildman rebel and make it a standard explorer
Make the passageway a secret door type access
