Your character sheet does not reflect situational bonuses, for example from favored enemy, dwarf giant evasion, or Protection from Evil.
The best way to test would be to pick favored enemy:Player-Race and try it out with a friend in the PvP arena. You can determine exactly what your real AC is against your favored enemy by examining the friend's rolls and compare it with your char-sheet AC. If they are the same, then no, the AC bonus is not working.

hmmm i got favoured enemy constructs this will work on warforged players right? its the only favoured enemy that i have that might work with another charactor.
Yep - Warforged player-characters should count as constructs.

Yup, only way to tell is by your damage/etc numbers when fighting someone on your Favoured Enemy list.
I can confirm that it is indeed working at the moment (at least the damage modifier), as i added the final tier to my favoured enemy damage enhancement last week on my TR ranger, and saw a definite change in the damage i was dishing out in gianthold. (and yes, i have giants on my favoured enemy list at the moment)
Coit out~
ps. i realize damage is not AC, but if one of the enhancement lines is functioning i think i can safely assume (/cringe) that the rest are WAI.
