As advertised I have about 16 blue scales and I was looking to trade them for some large devil scales. I don't know what the trade value is but I would think it would be somewhere around 3-4 blue/1 devil??? Who knows make me an offer.. PM me here or in game as Vierarra. I also have tome page IV that I can trade also.
