Weird question, please help anyway

I play almost daily, so I usually log in about that often. I pay monthly so not a free account at all.

I looked up my character in myDDO and apparently it says my rogue/wizard hasn't been updated since August of this year. So my question is this, how do you update this?

I'm trying to link my guy to a friend but having to say.... "ummmm, thats not what she is now and I play her daily"... isn't fun

Any help would be appreciated.

as far as i know, they update that information. so you have to wait till they decide to update it. (just forget about it)

they changed the interface from server/database to external tools such as myddo. so myddo has no connection to any chardata since early august...

seems the web-team has been fired or they haven't received the memo with the new interface and how to implement it.

still myddo has always been marked as beta software...

I posted here http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=209001 and my character was updated not too long after. Could be a coincidence though since not every one of my chars was fixed
