I was wondering if anyone can tell me what happens to my reincarnation bank when I go from my 34 build to 36. Do the two reincarnation banks combine or are there two different banks? Should I empty out my reincarnation back before I reincarnate again?
Some clarification on this would be great.

A reincarnation cache must be emptied completely before one is allowed to true reincarnate. The game does not allow you to do otherwise.
