As someone who would like to give appropriate accurate and informitive feedback i have quickly come to this conclusion (The characters need to have an ingame Journal ) this would allow those choosing to give feedback the tool that is lacking for keeping track of pertinant details, could be opened from the backpack and should[ not pause game ] as is the Char doing the writing, this could also help some people role play by allowing a bard to write etc. Sorry for the poor presentation of this idea, am still new to the bourds even though have been playing ddo for a good while and dming the oldstyle for+20 yrs, Thank you whoever

It already exists, open the MyDDO page and you can log things there. You can even save them as drafts if you don't want them openly published.
