When I press "L" to bring up the convenient adventurer's journal, I see two buttons side by side at the top of the quest I have selected - "LFG" and "Share". Share makes sense and invites your group members to undertake this quest if they are not already on it. LFG, on the other hand, only seems to put a generic flag on my character that says I'd be willing to join a group in general - not specific to this quest. If I have that right, it's not too useful to me in this context.
I would like it if the functionality of that LFG button be replaced. When you click on it, it would take you to the "Create Group" LFM dialog box with the quest selection and *appropriate level range (see below) pre-populated. Then, you could manually adjust difficulty setting, level range and classes as you see fit as you can now from the LFM panel. Party type would default to whatever the quest selected is - party or raid.
It would save me time over the current method of having to open the grouping panel, click "create party", sort the quest list alphabetically, go back and forth to the adventurer's journal making sure of the quest name and whether it begins with "The " or not, scroll the painfully small window to the quest I'd like to run, and finally click on it to select it as I do now.
Hopefully, players will use this to easily set up their LFMs faster and find groups easier with players who already understand how the XP is awarded and scaled.
* Default level range would be adjusted quest level - 2 to adjusted quest level + 1 for full XP. If the creator's character is above this range, default difficulty could be scaled up. If they are still outside this range, red/yellow warning text could appear in the notes to indicate how much XP is lost for the group (and the additional amount lost for lowest level players when the range is > 3).
